As a season of mysteries are resolved, new ones emerge on the explosive SEASON FINALE. While Gaby risks her safety to help Angie, the fates of Lynette and her unborn child lie in Eddie’s hands. Susan comes to grips with her financial woes and Bree considers confessing a secret she’s harbored for years.

Lynette comes to a shocking realization about Eddie (guest star Josh Zuckerman), and Susan and Mike’s financial woes result in the ultimate sacrifice. In the meantime, Bree offers Sam (guest star Sam Page) a generous payoff to walk away, and Angie relies on Gabrielle for help when Patrick (guest star John Barrowman) threatens the life of her son.

This week it’s the Women vs the Men as Gaby and Susan plan an elaborate scheme against their husbands;Angie comes face to face with her ex, Patrick Logan after years on the run; Lynette sees a different side of Eddie, and Bree has an encounter with a woman who knows Sam very well.

The ladies of Wisteria Lane have shown kindness to the neighborhood strangler;Gaby and Carlos shown him how to be intimate in bed; some dating advice and a job offer from Bree; he was shown kindness and generosity from Lynette; and Susan encouraged his passion for art and Bree offered him a job and some dating advice.

Lynette learns the truth about her future daughter-in-law Irina; Susan tries to help Mike with his finances; Gaby offers to help out fellow neighbors Bob and Lee but doesn’t consider the consequences;Bree questions Sams motives;and unbeknownst to Angie, Danny meets Patrick for the first time.

Angie Bolen’s ex-boyfried, Patrick Logan (guest star John Barrowman), the man she has been running from all these years, makes his way to Wisteria Lane. In the meantime, Susan and Gabrielle go to extreme and shameless lenghts to top each other’s kids, whereas Bree invites Sam (guest star Sam Page) over for a family dinner. A party is thrown for Mrs. McCluskey, and Lynette thinks there is more to Preston’s fiance (guest star Helena Mattsson as Irina) than she’s letting on. Meanwhile, Katherine comes out of the closet.

Gabrielle and Angie head out to New York to track down Ana and Danny, and a chance encounter with supermodels Paulina Porizkova and Heidi Klum, Gaby’s former co-workers, leads the former top model to an unexpected revelation about herself. In the meantime, Mike tries to prove to Susan that he is a man with a capital “M” after he feels emasculated by her, and the Scavo family is surprised to see Preston (former regular castmember Max Carver) back from Europe… accompanied by a hot russian gold digger (guest star Helena Mattson as Irina). Bree discovers a surprising connection to her new employee (guest star Sam Page) and Katherine feels confused regarding her feelings towards Robin (guest star Julie Benz).

Celia catches chicken pox so Carlos orders Gaby, who has never had it, to stay with Bob and Lee.

Lynette is horrified to find out that her teenage son has made a sordid deal with Robin, the former stripper.

Lynette is tired of playing bad cop in her marriage and confronts Tom about it. But will she get the change she wants? Bree tries to intervene in Orson’s life.
